To quash the order dated 15.02.2020 vide letter no.174 dated 15.02.2020 passed by District Manager, S.F.C., Supaul (Respondent no.5) [contained in Annexure-21] by which the petitioner has been dismissed from his service. (B). The respondents be directed to take the service of the petitioner with effect from 26.05.2020.

(C). The respondents be directed to adjust the absence of the petitioner since 16.09.2019 to

Patna High Court CWJC No.19588 of 2021(2) dt.21-03-2024 2/2 26.05.2020 on casual leave."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
