The petitioner being the husband of the daughter of the informant is languishing in custody since 10.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The basic accusation is of torture for nonfulfillment of the dowry demand. It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted with Fasuli on the neck of his wife and subsequently when the informant went to rescue her daughter she was also assaulted.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15977 of 2015 (02) dt.21-05-2015 2/2 petitioner that the injury report is not on the record which gets reflected from the impugned order and the investigation has already concluded.

Considering the period under custody, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 756 of 2014.
