Petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 07.09.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28437 of 2017 by which petitioner of that case, namely, Pankaj Singh, was directed to appear before the learned court below on 14.09.2017 from where said Pankaj Singh would take Kajal Kumari, his wife to her matrimonial house.

This application has been filed by the informant stating therein that petitioner is a minor.

The victim girl Kajal Kumari was produced before me on 07.09.2017 whereafter the order was passed. No cogent ground is made out for interference with the order dated 07.09.2017,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44981 of 2017 (2) dt.13-09-2017 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28437 of 2017.
