2. This revision application has been filed against the judgment and order dated 18.06.2022 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jamui in Maintenance Case No. 46M/2014 filed under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. by which the Court below has directed the petitioner to pay the maintenance of Rs. 5,000/- per month to the O.P. No. 02 (wife) and Rs. 2,000/- per month to the child of the O.P. No. 02.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an auto driver.

4. No infirmity has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner for interference in the impugned order.

5. I have perused the impugned order. There is no illegality in the impugned order and accordingly, this application is hereby dismissed.

6. The petitioner is directed pay the entire maintenance amount regularly to the wife and child. With regard to the arrears of maintenance, he may move before Principal Judge, Family Court, Jamui for installment.

7. If such an application is filed, the same shall be considered only after the petitioner starts paying the regular maintenance.

8. With the aforesaid directions, this application is dismissed.
