2. Lastly, the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 24.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35508 of 2020.

3 . Trial Court report reveals that case is running for prosecution evidence and four out of five charge-sheeted witnesses are yet to be examined.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and stage of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2019, Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial, preferably, within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of copy
