2. Earlier, the prayer for regular bail of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 12.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29059 of 2023 .

3 . The Trial Court report dated 13.09.2024 reveals that witnesses are yet to be examined and trial has not concluded. Petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2021 .

4. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge - XXVII Patna in Pirbahore P .
