The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C 2738 of 2010, Trial No. 2597 of 2013, registered under Sections 406, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that after arrange of marriage of sister of the complainant with the accused Jhunnu Kumar, demand was started and complainant gave Rs. 50,000/- to the petitioner. Thereafter, again demand was made for motorcycle, but when the demand was not fulfilled, then petitioner refused to marry with the sister of the complainant. Thereafter, the complainant went to petitioners house for return of the money. then petitioners assaulted the complainant.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40028 of 2014 (2) dt.22-04-2015 case, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Motihari, in connection with Complaint Case No. C 2738 of 2010, Trial No. 2597 of 2013 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C. m.p.
