Taking into consideration the nature of allegation as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him the privilege of bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial no. 1419/2013 arising out of Dhanarua P.S. case no. 81/2012 pending in the court of the Fast Track Court IV, Patna stands rejected.
