That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs setting aside the office order contained in letter no.2754 dated 12.8.2021 by which the petitioner has been removed from the service by terminating the

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an appeal/representation on 31.08.2021 before the Additional Chief Secretary, Planning and Development Department, Bihar, Patna against the order of punishment dated 12.08.2021, however, the same is yet to be disposed off, hence appropriate direction be issued to the appellate authority to dispose off the said appeal.

The learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that in case the aforesaid appeal/representation is still pending consideration, the same would definitely be disposed off, within a stipulated time frame, as is directed by this Court.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Additional Chief Secretary, Planning and Development Department, Bihar, Patna to dispose off the aforesaid representation/appeal, stated to have been filed by the petitioners, in

Patna High Court CWJC No.19555 of 2021(2) dt.13-03-2024 3/3 case the same has actually been filed and has not yet been disposed off, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
