The petitioner is languishing in custody since 18.03.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26(2)/35 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner one country made loaded pistol was recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition. Moreover, investigation has already concluded. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25613 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 50 of 2015.
