The petitioners are languishing in custody since 14.02.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. From the possession of petitioner no. 1 one country made loaded pistol and two live cartridges and from the possession of petitioner no. 2 two live cartridges were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the investigation has already concluded. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.25135 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Khagaria in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 14 of 2015.
