1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Keshariya P.S. Case No. 96 of 2023 registered under Sections 366(A), 420, 376(B) and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to enmity. Further submission is that the complaint case has been filed after 4 months. Both the parties have compromised the present case. It

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60426 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 is also submitted that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Keshariya P.S. Case No. 96 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
