The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jandaha P. S. Case No. 93 of 2018 instituted under Sections 147, 307, 324, 337, 447 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedents and there is omnibus allegation in the instant case and there is case and counter case. He submits that the informant's side were aggressor and in exercise of right of self defence, the petitioners' side have used force.

No.56231 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedents and there is case and counter case and petitioners appear to have exercised the right to self defence, let the petitioners, namedabove, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Prabhat Krishna, ACJM-XI, Vaishali Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S.Case No. 93 of 2018; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
