Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 452, 380, 382 of the Indian Penal Code and various sections of the Arms Act.
Taking into consideration that petitioner was caught on the spot and has criminal antecedent of several cases, I do not feel it proper to release him on bail, at least, at this stage, and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case no. 06/2016 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul stands rejected.
