JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 25-07-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month. Heard Mr. Ramakant Sharma, learned senior counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 541 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, both the petitioners became successful in securing job of Niyojit Nagar Teacher in Nagar Parishad at Danapur after submitting forged educational certificate. During inquiry those certificates submitted by the petitioners were found forged. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the

He has submitted further that they have already resigned in July, 2021. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners were appointed in 2006 and they are unable to pay the entire salary drawn by them. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM 1st, Danapur in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 541 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petitioners are directed to deposit the initial salary drawn by them for two years of their initial service. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
