2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 364 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 406, 420, 467, 468, 472 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner came to the informant and told about an NGO and thereafter, the petitioner and other FIR named accused persons manipulated several women including the informant and extorted money under the pretense of providing support for marriage and other schemes.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58716 of 2024(2) dt.22-08-2024 2/2 that the complainant has compromised the case. In compromise petition, she has stated that the entire money was refunded.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Patna City, Patna in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 364 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
