JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-01-2017 Due to typographical error in the fifth line of last paragraph of the order dated 24.11.2016, it has wrongly been typed as "one week", whereas it should have been "one year". Further vide letter No.01/17 dated 02.01.2017 it has been submitted by the trial court that minimum period of one year be granted for concluding the trial.

In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the period of "one week" be read as "one year" for the purpose of concluding the trial.

The order dated 24.11.2016 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Let this order be communicated to the court of Additional Sessions Judge IInd, Benipur, Darbhanga in connection
