ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner, who is the husband, is in custody since 01.08.2017 in connection with S.T. No.115 of 2018 arising out of Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No.84 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 304B, 201/120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Earlier report was called for from the court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-II, Saharsa, which has since been received. It appears that the trial is under progress.
Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected. However, let the trial of the case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52689 of 2019(3) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 proceed on day to day basis so as to conclude positively by the 31st of March, 2020.
