2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the minor daughter of the informant had gone missing on 30.06.2022 at about 2.00 pm when she was going to school. It is alleged that when the informant had gone in search of his daughter he got information that one Kundan Kumar had kidnapped his daughter.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been

It is further submitted that that petitioners are mother and sister of Kundan Kumar, who had allegedly taken away the victim girl. The victim in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has not implicated these petitioners and no role has been assigned to them in the alleged matter. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts of the case and nature of accusation against the petitioners and the statement of victim recorded u/s 164 of the Cr.P.C., let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within a period of six weeks from today shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bhagwan Bazar PS case No. 336/ 2022, subject to conditions laid down u/s 438(2) of the Cr. P. C.
