Petitioner is named in the First Information Report but allegation of firing is against co-accused persons. Moreover, having similar allegation co-accused Kamruddin Ansari has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court passed in Cr.Misc.No.44243 of 2015 whereas petitioner is in jail custody since 15.05.2016 and the investigation against him has already been completed.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Banka in connection with Katoriya P.S.Case No.223 of 2013.
