2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 409, 420 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner alongwith co-accused Prince Kumar, who were working in the finance company of informant, cheated Rs. 4,24,264/- of 12 customers for providing new loan to them after closing their earlier loan account and also cheated Rs. 98,637/- of 39 customers. It is further alleged that this petitioner and co-accused also withdrew Rs. 1,15,728/- of the said branch for illegal expenses. On pressure of the bank, co-accused Prince Kumar deposited Rs. 2,34,100/-, but refused to return the rest amount.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
