The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused. The impugned order reveals that there is no substantial material against the petitioner, save and except statement of the co-accused.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, who has got no criminal antecedent, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two
