Petitioners are languishing in custody since 02.04.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 371, 379, 506, 34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (x) of the S.C./S.T.(Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
It is alleged that petitioners were apprehended while taking the children to Jaipur for getting them employed.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that only on suspicion the petitioners were
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25265 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 apprehended as there is no complaint from the family of the children. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Moreover, the investigation has already concluded.
Considering the fact that investigation has already concluded, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, Biharsharif in connection with Rajgir P.S.
