JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-420, 313 & 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The present case has been lodged on the basis of complaint case, filed by the informant who levelled allegation against the petitioner that he, sexually, exploited her since the year, 2005 on the false pretext of marriage and also, took some cash as well as other articles from her.

The present case was lodged in the year, 2016 and, therefore, aforesaid fact goes to show that the informant kept herself mum for near about 10 years.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of

No.37439 of 2016 (2) dt.08-09-2016 2/2 the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S.
