Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 18.06.2017 in connection with Special Case No. 86 of 2017, Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 176 of 2017 for offences punishable under Sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

The prosecution case, as lodged by the police personnel is that in course of evening patrolling, the petitioner was apprehended when he was selling Ganja and from his possession 750 gm. Ganja and some money has been recovered. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is innocent, bears no criminal antecedent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that only small

However, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances and the materials on record, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail after completion of three months in custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judgecum- Special Judge (NDPS), Patna in connection with Special Case No. 86 of 2017, Jakkanpur P.S.
