Versus

1. The State of Bihar.

.... .... Opposite Party/s ===================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Pankaj Kumar Sinha, Adv. For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Gulnar Begam, APP ===================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-09-2016 Heard the parties.

This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Khaira P.S. Case No. 252 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 380, 457 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 of the Antiquities Act, 1972.

I do not find any justification for renewal of prayer for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner, which was earlier rejected by this Court vide order, dated 24.05.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22977 of 2016.

Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41776 of 2016 (2) dt.28-09-2016 2/2 petitioner, has submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted only under Sections 380, 457 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 of the Antiquities Act, 1972.

Considering the fact that charge-sheet has been submitted, against the petitioner, under the provisions of Antiquities Act, 1972, I am not inclined to entertain this application.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.

It is, however, observed that trial in the case must be expedited and concluded, by the learned court below, within a reasonable period.
