The two petitioners are in custody in connection with Beldaur P.S.Case No. 37/2012 for the offences under Sections 302,201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner no.1 is Dewar and the petitioner no.2 is husband of the deceased lady and the allegation as apparent from the F.I.R. is of her murder due to demand of dowry and nonbearing of child by her. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been implicated in the case only on the basis of suspicion. It has also been canvassed that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38941 of 2014 (2) dt.14-01-2015 there has been delay of 3 days in lodging the first information report even when the mother of the deceased lady was aware of the death on 03.03.2012 itself.

However considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to release the petitioners on bail.

The application is accordingly rejected.
