Case No. 166 of 2013 for the offences instituted under Section 395 of the I.P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that while the informant coming back from Dehri-on-sone to Patna through vehicle, 5-6 accused persons armed with pistol came and looten golden chain weighing 20 Gram and a watch worth Rs. 24,000/-. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2015 and the charge sheet has submitted in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name has come on the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25341 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 basis of confessional statement of one Ranjan Sharma. It is further submitted that other co-accused have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 48593/2013 and 50015 of 2013.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner's name has come in course of investimation. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Aurangabad, in connection with Baroon P.S.
