The petitioner is in custody since 05.07.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328/302 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased died a natural death, but only as an afterthought, the petitioner's name has been brought stating that the deceased had consumed some medicine after purchasing the same from the shop of the petitioner.

Considering the vague nature of allegations made against the petitioner and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on
