JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-02-2020 The present petition has been filed for recalling the order of this Court dated 11.02.2019, passed in CWJC no. 21359 of 2018, whereby and whereunder the petitioner had sought liberty to approach the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Gopalganj for redressal of her grievances, on the ground that at present, no Presiding Officer is posted at the said Authority, Gopalganj.

The learned counsel for the State does not dispute the

Patna High Court MJC No.3145 of 2019(3) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 aforesaid position.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner cannot be left remedy-less, in view of the fact that the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Gopalganj is not functional at the moment, I deem it fit and appropriate to recall the order dated 11.02.2019 and direct for listing of the writ petition bearing CWJC no. 21359 of 2018 under the heading "For Admission".

The present petition stands allowed.
