JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-08-2016 This matter is taken up on the priority basis on the prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner as the petitioner has to appear in Viva- Voce test before the State Bank of India. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report on the ground that main accused Priyanka Devi as well as Pappu Singh were tenant in the house of the petitioner. So far as allegation of sexual assault is concerned, the victim has stated nothing against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37141 of 2016 (2) dt.30-08-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Patna in connection with Special (POSCO) case No. 105 of 2016 arising out of Jakkanpur P.S.Case No. 185 of 2016.
