JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bagaha (Pathkhauli) P.S. Case No. 65 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner in para 3 of the petition stated that he has got clean antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 18.02.2017.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for nearly six months and also the fact, as per statement made on affidavit, that petitioner has got clean antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

No.35825 of 2017 (2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Bagaha, West Champaran or the successor court in connection with Bagaha (Pathkhauli) P.S.
