The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No.45 of 2018 registered under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of offence and the submission that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent has got roots in the society and is not likely to abscond or tamper with the evidence, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Araria in connection with
