The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that informant daughter was married to one Santosh Kumar 14.02.2019, after marriage, family members of the husband including the petitioner were demanding dowry of Rs. 5 lakhs and on nonfulfillment of the same, she was killed by strangulation. Petitioner is sister in law of the deceased and no specific allegation has been alleged. Thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who is already in custody and the petitioner is separate in mess and property with husband of the

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-1, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S.
