2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Katihar town P.S. Case No. 837 of 2023 instituted under Sections 302 and 120(b)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act to which later on Sections 25(1B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act was added.
3. The petitioner is alleged to have participated in the killing of the deceased.
4. It has come during investigation that the deceased had informed his wife and named 10-11 persons including the petitioner had killed the deceased. During investigation the self-inculpatory statement of co-accused has come in which the name of the petitioner has not come.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Katihar town P.S. Case No. 837 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
7. As a condition of the order, the petitioner will cooperate in the trial and the bailors should be the blood relatives of the petitioner.
