In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Kursakanta P.S. Case No.99 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Section 7 of the essential Commodities Act.
Allegation has been made that 14 bags of wheat having mark of F.C.I. has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has purchased the wheat from the farmers. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner-Dilip Sah be released on bail on
