Petitioner has filed present writ application for direction to the respondent to scrutinize the answer-sheet of the petitioner, who appeared in 2011 TET examination held by the BSEB, Patna.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Board submits that in this matter the scrutiny is not possible in view of the fact that the examination was held in the year 2011 and we are in 2018.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the Board and in case the answers books are available, the board may consider the case of the petitioner for scrutiny on

Patna High Court CWJC No.16525 of 2014(2) dt.24-09-2018 2/2 depositing requisite fee. If the answers-sheets have been destroyed in that situation the Board may indicate its handicap. Final decision on the claim of the representation of the petitioner may be taken by the Board within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
