The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under different Sections of the I.P.C.

The complainant alleged that the petitioner and others, with the help of Revenue Clerks, created forged and fabricated documents with regard to the land of Old Khata No.5, New Khata No.200, Old Khesra No.76, New Khesra No.64, area 2 acres. The case of the petitioner is that he is co-owner of the land. There is land pute between them and for that, the case was filed bearing No.93 of 2012 in the court of the L.R.D.C. Appeal No.5 is also filed before the Commissioner.

Considering the facts that there is a land dispute between the parties on account of share, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40750 of 2014 (2) dt.31-03-2015 Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M. Birpur, Supaul in connection with Complaint Case No.171 © of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) ahk/- U T
