JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-08-2024 The present petition has been filed for modifying the nomenclature of the Respondent No. 3, who has been depicted in the order dated 29.6.2022, passed in CWJC No. 10314 of 2021, as Circle Officer, Ramgarh, Kaimur at Bhabhua, instead of Circle Officer, Kudra, Kaimur at Bhabhua, on account of mistake having been committed by the petitioner in the original writ petition itself.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of inadvertence, the nomenclature of Respondent No. 3 has wrongly been depicted in the writ petition as Circle Officer, Ramgarh, Kaimur, instead of Circle Officer, Kundra, Kaimur, hence, a sympathetic view be taken and the same be directed to

Patna High Court MJC No. 1887 of 2022(3) dt.09-08-2024 2/2 be corrected.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct that the concerned Circle Officer, mentioned in the order dated 29.6.2022, passed in CWJC No. 10314 of 2021, shall be deemed to be Circle Officer, Kundra, Kaimur. Accordingly, the time line, prescribed in the aforesaid order dated 29.6.2022, is directed to commence from today.

The present petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 29.6.2022, passed in CWJC No. 10314 of 2021.
