Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code. Suspicion against the petitioner is that he had enticed Usha Kumari, the daughter of the informant, to go with him.
The petitioner is in custody since 25.03.2016. Learned counsel for the informant submits that the victim-girl had already been recovered and she has married elsewhere, therefore, she does not want to appear before the Court. Submission is that the matter is of love-affair and under pressure of the parents, the girl has married with some other boy. The petitioner is in custody from last one year.
