The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506, 354 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner allegedly caused injury at the head of the informant with an iron rod.

Submission is that the Doctor has found simple injury and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death, in my view, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Laheriasarai Police Station Case No.114 of 2018 pending in the court of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54676 of 2018(2) dt.26-10-2018 2/2 learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga.
