The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No.182 of 2021 registered under Section 22 and 23 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges have been framed and two witnesses have been examined.

Since the Trial has already been started and two witnesses have been examined, it will be appropriate that the same is expedited and concluded without any undue adjournment at an earliest. So far as the bail application is concerned, it is hereby rejected.
