The present matter is listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" as on account of inadvertence in order dated 17.08.2022 at page 2, it has been typed that the petitioner having fair antecedent, though, the learned counsel for the petitioner had filed a supplementary affidavit bringing on record that the petitioner has found involved in two other criminal cases. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the order dated 17.08.2022 whereby the petitioner has been granted bail in connection with Lauriya P. S. Case No. 160 of 2021 be modified to the extent indicated above and the learned court below is directed to ensure the compliance of the order dated 17.08.2022 and release the petitioner forthwith.
