In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 442 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per statement of the wife of the deceased, the petitioner and others assaulted her husband mercilessly as a result of which her husband died. Paragraph nos. 10, 11 & 12 of the Case Diary supports the implication of the petitioner in the alleged offence. This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Sita Ram Yadav is rejected.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43450 of 2016 (4) dt.16-11-2016 petitioner and complete the same within a period of eleven months from today.
