JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-01-2023 The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 10.09.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. no. 16969 of 2020 to the extent that the order permitting withdrawal of the bail petition qua the petitioner no. 5 be recalled and liberty be granted to the petitioner no. 5 to file fresh bail petition. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that though he had to withdraw the bail petition qua the petitioner no. 4 i.e. Madhu Kumari but he had inadvertently withdrawn the bail petition of the petitioner no. 5 i.e. Manisha

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72376 of 2022(2) dt.11-01-2023 2/2 Kumari, hence, it is submitted that permission be granted to file a fresh bail petition before this Court qua Manisha Kumari. Permission so sought, is granted.

The order dated 10.09.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. no. 16969 of 2020 is modified to the aforesaid extent, inasmuch as now the petitioner no. 5 i.e. Manisha Kumari shall be entitled to file a fresh bail petition.
