The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No.85(C) of 2018 registered under Sections 323, 341, 498A, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Regard being had to the fact that the case arises out of a complaint in which cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under Sections 323 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55352 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No.85(C) of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
