Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-307, 379 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Altogether 12 persons including the petitioner are named in the first information report with accusation that they ransacked the shop of Raiyan and when the informant made protest, co-accused Naushal Alam gave blow to him by means of sharp edged weapon, causing head injury to him. The doctor found the injury on the informant, grievous in nature. However, no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 18-07-2016.
