2. The present petition has been preferred for restoration of CWJC No. 2326 of 2024 to its original file which has been dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 02.07.2024.

3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph nos. 3 to 6 of the petition, the MJC No. 2698 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500 to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

4. Accordingly, the CWJC No. 2326 of 2024 is restored to its original file.
