The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 6.7.2013 by which the Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur, in Case No. M 172 of 2010 awarded interim maintenance to the Opposite Party No. 2.

Considering that it is an order of interim maintenance, I see no reason for interference in the same.
