The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kudara P.S. Case No. 170 of 2018 registered under Sections 341 and 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioners opened fire causing injury to the informant which finds corroboration by medical evidence, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
